Molly and Sam wed in an intimate, outdoor ceremony on Friday morning at the Lincoln Park Conservatory near downtown Chicago. They both wanted a quiet and simple celebration because as Molly stated, "neither of us really like a lot of attention." Regardless of their understated personalities, their wedding was absolutely stunning. Molly's J.Crew dress and accessories were a huge hit and the 3 triplets who walked down the aisle waving handmade flags reading "Hurrah!" and "Yay!" stole the hearts of the 60 guests. After the ceremony, the bridal party and guests all walked a few blocks to the Hotel Lincoln and the J.Parker restaurant where a lovely afternoon brunch and reception was held. A gigantic thunderstorm rolled in right as the couple was preparing for their first dance (listen to their song above by clicking the link!), but this did not hamper the obvious love they share for one another. Also, Molly and Sam were my first couple who had found me through A Practical Wedding and they were absolutely awesome to work with--a true testimonial to what a fantastic website Meg, Emily and Maddie are running--super fun! Congratulations Sam and Molly!
